Once you’ve got some stuff in your cloud you can access it via Web browser or mobile app, or mount your cloud like a drive on your desktop if you’re running Mac, Linux or Windows. The latter scenario enables drag-and-drop file access, with Pogoplug-connected storage showing up as an “F:” drive on the Windows desktop. I mainly tested this scenario accessing a Series 4-conected SATA drive and/or SD cards from my MacBook Air (OS X 10.7.3) and the setup worked pretty well. File transfer speeds of course depend on the strength of your home network as well as that of your client connection, but in general it was nice to have access to files when using my Air from a cafe or someone else’s office.

Expect the V-6 to again be available only on 2013 Camry SE and XLE models in place of the four-cylinder.Both these 2013 Camry engines will link exclusively to a six-speed automatic transmission that allows manual-type gear control via its floor shift lever or, in SE models, with supplemental steering-wheel paddles. SE models also will again feature sport-tuned suspension and steering calibrations. Wheel diameter should remain 16 inches on L and LE models, 17 on XLE versions and on four-cylinder SE models, and 18 on V-6 SEs.

2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid Performance

The 2013 Camry Hybrid will continue to team a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with electric-motor power for a net 200 horsepower. This is not a plug-in hybrid and will again be capable of running on electricity or gasoline independently or in harness as sensors determine the best mix for acceleration and fuel economy. However, the 2013 Camry Hybrid will also return with a dashboard button to lock in an EV (electric vehicle) mode intended to favor electric propulsion at around-town speeds — battery charge permitting. The 2013 Camry Hybrid will again use a continuous variable transmission (CVT) that performs the duties of a conventional automatic transmission but without individual gear ratios. All 2013 Camrys will come equipped with 10 airbags, including head-protecting curtain side airbags for both seating rows, knee airbags for front occupants, and torso-protecting side airbags for rear outboard passengers.

Car price of 2013 Toyota Camry is MSRP $22,500. Anticipate fuel-economy ratings of 25/35 mpg city/highway and 28 mpg combined city/highway for 2013 Camrys with the four-cylinder engine. Look for ratings of 21/30 mpg city/highway, 25 mpg combined for 2013 Camry SEs and XLEs equipped with the V-6. LG Optimus LTE2, Hitting Korea in Mid-May, 2GB of RAM in Tow

If the Galaxy S III didn’t float your boat, worry not! Samsung’s cross-country rival LG has chosen quite an opportune time to steal a little bit of the limelight from Samsung’s newborn flagship by announcing its new Optimus LTE2. Now besides an awkward moniker, LG’s newest smartphone has a very interesting set of specs: a True HD IPS display, WPC-backed wireless charging capabilities, Android 4.0, a 2,150mAh battery and did we mention 2GB of RAM? There’s still no word on what type of CPU will be calling the shots for this rising monster, but with literally twice the RAM of the average “superphone,” we’d expect some type of quad-core chip. Scheduled to launch on at least three Korean carriers sometime this month, we’ll definitely have our eyes and ears open for the Optimus LTE2′s arrive. Your move, Samsung

HTC One V Now Available on Canada’s Bell

Our friends to the north have added yet another HTC One device to their wireless carrier base. This time around it’s Canada’s Bell that will be offering the HTC One V for free on a three-year contract and $299.95 outright. Loaded with a 3.7-inch display, 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 5-megapixel camera, Beats Audio and Android 4.0, the One V is far from a slouch. If you’re looking to score a decent free phone with up to date features, then this just might be the ticket if you’re willing to sign on the dotted line. However, depending on who you ask, $299.95 isn’t that bad of an upfront expense just in case you want to keep your options open.

Woww.. Samsung Galaxy S III leaks again hours before the announcement

This is becoming the iPhone all over again. Yet another Galaxy S III unit has escaped the Samsung R&D center and posed for some pictures. There aren't any specs to go with the photos, but those should be finally confirmed in a few hours. The device is running on Android 4.0.4 ICS, the ROM version is from April and the build is specifically for Brazil.

Sammobile's tipster also says there might be another device showcased at the event in London tonight. It's supposed to be carrying the model number I9800, but that’s all the info about it we got. We'd certainly advise you to take this rumor with a pinch of salt, though.

Chevrolet Impala Concept 2012

Visually, a leap forward: The new Chevrolet Impala now looks very stylish. Chevrolet’s marketing man Chris Perry praises at the launch of the car at the show in New York, the “striking new design and the right mix of comfort, technology and efficiency.” The front is reminiscent of the Camaro, but the Impala is a “full-size sedan.”
