That’s the same limit users can get from Dropbox, the service that Google Drive is hoping to do battle with. And if the rumors are true, Google’s service will already have the upper hand, offering its users 5GB of free storage as standard, as opposed to just 2GB.
It could also bring other nifty features that provide it with a slight edge over its competitors, including Google Docs integration (which almost seems inevitable), and a “sophisticated image search technology to let consumers sift through a wide variety of document types,” according to the Reuters report.
